Phil brings 30 years of expertise in managing and delivering public works projects for clients across multiple states and internationally. His extensive portfolio spans roadway safety enhancements, utility and sewer extensions, regional stormwater modeling, and award-winning facilities. With a focus on innovation and quality, Philip has worked with clients such as the cities of Dade City, Zephyrhills, New Port Richey, and Pasco and Polk Counties. His background as a former city and county Project Manager allows him to anticipate and resolve project challenges early, ensuring smooth and successful project outcomes.
