Aster Apartments

BGE’s site planning team provided civil engineering services for a significant urban development in the Dallas, Texas area—a 22-story, 270-unit, multi-family apartment tower. Situated on a 1.319-acre urban wrap lot, the project presented unique challenges that demanded meticulous planning and innovative solutions. In addition to the tower, the development included street-level townhome units and a five-story parking garage, further enhancing the urban landscape.

BGE’s site grading expertise allowed for strategic terrain modifications, ensuring optimal land utilization and preparation for construction. The utility systems design was executed with precision to guarantee a seamless flow of essential services to the tower and its adjacent structures. Addressing environmental concerns, BGE implemented a robust stormwater management system, effectively handling rainwater runoff and minimizing the risk of flooding. Erosion control measures were carefully devised and executed, safeguarding the site from potential environmental degradation during the construction phase.
