Overview
BGE is currently providing surveying and engineering services for 175 acres of land in the much sought-after Cobb County, GA. Once completed, the project will include 516 new residential units, including a combination of 50-foot- and 40-foot-wide single-family detached lots, 50-foot-wide active adult lots, and 26-foot-wide attached townhome units.
This site is strategically positioned adjacent to the I-75 and GA-575 interchange with terrain featuring rolling topography, setting the stage for a diverse development plan. The project includes intricate design considerations for sewer systems, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure.
