Overview

BGE was tasked with survey, platting, and site development (including grading, pond design, and permitting) for the Pecan Street project, a 463-unit multifamily development on 30.8 acres along the SH 130 corridor in Pflugerville, Texas.

Onsite access easement through the tract required continued coordination with the adjacent tract (Quik Trip) to ensure design synergy with development. BGE also had to align the access driveway with the development across the street, which required a mid-design update to reflect the proper alignment. Additional challenges included grading a 30-acre site with 38 buildings that are all interrelated from a grading perspective.
