Overlooking Lake Conroe, Pine Lake Cove is a high-end multifamily community in the northern suburbs of Houston, Texas. The heavily forested site offered BGE’s landscape architect an abundance of trees to work with for creating outdoor spaces.
The project team surveyed the property and was able to develop a site plan that satisfied the building quantity and layout as well as preserve many of the great existing canopy trees onsite. A clubhouse greets residents and guests and opens up to a large pool deck with a resort-style pool and outdoor grills, cabanas, and a water feature. The community also offers residents a playground area for kids and an enclosed dog park under a thick tree canopy.
