Primrose School at Lakewood Ranch

BGE was responsible for the design and permitting of a 13,972-square-foot early education and daycare center located in the Lakewood Ranch master-planned community in Sarasota, FL. Responsibilities included the preparation of the preliminary/final design plans and permitting of the parking lot, drainage, and utility infrastructure to serve the building, as well as construction phase services.

Lakewood Ranch is a master-planned community located in southeastern Manatee County and northeastern Sarasota County consisting of approximately 34,000 acres. Lakewood Ranch has been recognized in 2021 as the best-selling, master-planned multi-generational community in the country by John Burns and RCLCO (two independent real estate consulting firms) for the third year in a row.
