Overview
Windmill Farms is a master-planned community in Kaufman County, Texas, that combines a diverse mix of commercial/retail and residential housing types with an assortment of amenities. It encompasses 3,800 plus acres with 1,200 acres of open space, 7,000 residential units and 15 miles of trails.
This combination of housing and open space creates neighborhoods that offer quality and character.
