Rebecca Morrison is an engineering professional with experience in delivering an extensive range of energy infrastructure projects. Her expertise includes natural gas distribution systems, transmission pipelines, regulator station design, and supporting clients through all phases of project development and execution. As a Project Manager and Lead Engineer with BGE’s Energy Services team, Rebecca is recognized for her collaborative, client-focused approach and commitment to technical excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
