Rodney R. Heisch, PE brings more than 38 years of civil engineering experience to his role as Chief Corporate Officer (CCO) at BGE. Most recently serving as Houston Region Operations Leader, he oversaw offices in Houston, Katy, and The Woodlands, building a reputation as a trusted leader across both operations and client relationships. As the former Director of BGE’s Land Development department, his team supported more than 110 municipal utility districts and numerous master planned communities across the Houston area. His background spans land, site, and public works projects, giving him a well-rounded understanding of what both public and private sector clients need and expect. Outside of BGE, Rodney serves on the ACEC Houston Board of Directors and previously served on the City of Houston Planning Commission, a 26-member board overseeing subdivision and development plat approvals.
