Todd manages the Houston, Texas, Public Works Department for BGE, Inc. He has 40 years of experience in municipal water, wastewater, and drainage design. Todd is responsible for the operational success of all phases of project procurement and execution. Todd leads and is responsible for a talented group of 50 engineers, designers, technical professionals, and CAD operators within BGE’s Houston Public Works.
