Houston, TX – We are pleased to welcome Hannah Knapp as a Project Manager on our Environmental team.
Hannah brings more than eight years of experience in environmental due diligence, site investigations, remediation, GIS analysis, permitting, and compliance. Her diverse background and technical expertise will strengthen BGE’s environmental team and help our clients navigate complex regulatory requirements while promoting sustainable solutions.
Most recently, Hannah served as an Environmental Specialist, where she conducted Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspections, managed spill clean-up and erosion monitoring, and prepared Environmental Resource Reports and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans. She also played a pivotal role in establishing a new branch office in Midland, Texas, supporting business development in the Permian Basin. In addition, she worked as an embedded contractor with oil and gas companies, overseeing environmental assessments, site characterization, floodplain evaluations, reclaiming efforts, and regulatory reporting across multiple assets in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
Earning her Bachelor of Science in Physical Geography with a Minor in Geology from Texas State University – San Marcos, Hannah also holds multiple certifications, including OSHA HAZWOPER, OSHA Construction Safety and Health, and GIS Certification.
Her combination of technical expertise, project management experience, and regulatory knowledge makes her a valuable addition to BGE. We’re thrilled to have Hannah on board and look forward to the expertise and insight she will bring to our environmental services team.
