(Raleigh, North Carolina) – We’re excited to welcome Bryan Eaves as a Senior Survey Project Manager.
Bryan brings more than 35 years of surveying and geomatics experience, along with a proven history of leadership, project delivery, team development, and client service. His extensive background spans construction surveying, geomatics operations, project management, CAD production, quality assurance, and field operations, making him a valuable addition to our growing survey team.
Throughout his career, Bryan has successfully managed survey projects from proposal development through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Prior to joining BGE, Bryan spent more than three decades with WithersRavenel, where he most recently served as a Senior Technical Advisor.
In this role, he managed geomatics projects, developed work plans, established resource requirements, mentored survey technicians and junior staff, and collaborated closely with clients and project managers to support successful project delivery.
Before his role as Senior Technical Advisor, Bryan was Director of Construction with eight direct reports. He was responsible for interviews, promotions, raises, and bonuses. He was still responsible for billing, budgeting, and maintaining his own projects.
Bryan’s career progression also includes roles as a CADD Technician and Crew Chief, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of surveying operations from the field to project management. This hands-on experience enables him to effectively lead teams, anticipate challenges, and develop practical solutions that support project success.
At BGE, Bryan will play a key role in supporting our survey practice, developing project teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality surveying services. His leadership experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to excellence align closely with BGE’s culture and our dedication to serving clients and communities.
