(North Texas) – We’re excited to welcome Paul Rosales to BGE as a Corrosion Integrity Specialist, adding valuable industry expertise to our growing energy and asset integrity team.
Paul brings more than nine years of experience in pipeline integrity, corrosion control, and asset integrity services, with a strong track record of supporting utility and energy clients through both operational leadership and technical project delivery. Throughout his careers, he has successfully led field operations, managed complex integrity programs, and built trusted client relationships that have driven growth and long-term project success.
Prior to joining BGE, Paul served as Operations Manager and Business Development Leader at Pond & Company, where he directed pipeline survey and integrity operations across multiple client accounts. In this role, he oversaw seven field survey crews and more than 10 embedded technicians, ensuring projects were executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client requirements. His leadership contributed to the development of more than $10 million in project opportunities and generated over $5 million in revenue through a combination of operational excellence, strategic planning, and client-focused solutions.
Paul’s technical experience includes a wide range of corrosion control and pipeline integrity programs, including ECDA, ICDA, CIS, ACVG, DCVG, soil resistivity testing, current requirement testing, cathodic protection surveys, and integrity management initiatives. His knowledge of pipeline safety regulations and asset protection strategies enables him to help clients maintain reliable operations while supporting regulatory compliance and long-term infrastructure performance.
Beyond his technical capabilities, Paul is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to client service. He holds multiple industry certifications, including AMPP CP1 Tester, Veriforce Evaluator, and OQSG Evaluator and Proctor, further reflecting his dedication to professional excellence and industry best practices.
