(Frisco, Texas) – We’re excited to welcome Seth Swaringen, P.E, to BGE as a Senior Project Manager.
Seth joins BGE with more than 13 years of transportation engineering and project management experience, bringing a proven track record of leading complex transportation infrastructure projects for TxDOT, counties, municipalities, and regional agencies across Texas. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from corridor planning and feasibility studies through schematic development, environmental coordination, public involvement, PS&E, and construction-phase support.
As a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Seth has built a reputation for delivering high-quality transportation solutions that improve mobility, safety, resiliency, and long-term community outcomes. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams, coordinated diverse stakeholder interests, overseen project budgets and schedules, and guided transportation projects through complex technical and regulatory requirements.
Seth’s experience includes working with numerous TxDOT districts as well as agencies including Collin County, Denton County, Kaufman County, Fort Bend County, Montgomery County, and municipalities throughout Texas. Among his notable projects, Seth served as Project Manager for the FM 70 corridor improvements in South Texas, a $62 million, 25-mile rural transportation project focused on enhancing safety, improving drainage performance, and strengthening regional connectivity.
