HOUSTON, TX — BGE, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jeff Safe has been named Managing Director of Houston Land Development. In this role, Safe will lead the day-to-day operations, growth, client service, and talent development efforts for one of BGE’s largest and most established business units.
Safe brings nearly 30 years of industry experience and 13 years with BGE to his new position. Over his tenure with the firm, he has built strong relationships with clients and colleagues while consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to both the company and its clients. Safe is also a BGE Owner.
Safe succeeds Michael Fitzgerald, who has been named Houston Regional Leader. The two will work closely together to ensure a seamless transition for employees, clients, and ongoing projects.
