BGE, Inc. today announced the hiring of Donna Graves as Managing Director, Human Resources. This position was recently implemented at BGE to help assist with the steady growth of the firm. The company has added about 300 new team members since 2017 and expects the growth to continue as it expands services in Texas and throughout the southeastern United States. In this position, she is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
Graves has 20 plus years of human resources experience that includes time leading teams in large corporations. She earned a bachelorâs degree in management from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
BGE leadership is excited to have Graves on board to help further position the firm as an industry leader.
