BGE, Inc. announced that Phil Chang, PE, has joined the firm as a Director of Public Works based in our Tampa, Florida, office.
With nearly 30 years of engineering and project management expertise in both the public and private sectors, Phil’s extensive experience and leadership skills make him an invaluable addition to the team.
“I’m thrilled to join the team during this exciting growth period,” said Phil. “I look forward to helping establish BGE as ‘the golden standard’ and contributing to its ongoing success in Tampa Bay and Florida.”
Throughout his extensive career, Phil has held pivotal roles in supporting public sector clients, most recently including Pasco County, Dade City, the City of Port Richey, and Polk County, managing various projects for roadway and utility improvements. Private clients have included Lowe’s Home Improvement, Beazer Homes, and CVS.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from McMaster University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and Virginia. He is an FDEP Qualified Stormwater Management Inspector.
