BGE Announces Newest Shareholders

BGE, Inc. today announced five new shareholders were elected at its recent shareholder meeting.

Chuck Davis, PE, is senior director for Land/Site Development in BGE’s Atlanta office. With more than 25 years of experience, he joined the company in 2019. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.

Matt Froelich, PE, joined BGE in 2010 and serves as director of Public Works in the Katy office. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and has 20 years of experience.

Andrew Grant, PE, is director of Land/Site Development in Charlotte. With 15 years of experience, he joined BGE in 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Pablo Martinez, PE, joined BGE in 2015 and serves as senior project manager in Land Development in the firm’s South Austin office. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.

Rene Silvas, RPLS, brings over 30 years of experience to his position as director of Surveying in the North Texas region. He joined BGE’s Fort Worth office in 2018. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in technology, surveying and mapping from The University of Texas at Tyler.

With these additions, BGE’s ownership group now includes 55 shareholders.
