Mike Garrison, PE

North Texas Region Operations Leader

Mike Garrison brings more than 30 years of professional experience in infrastructure, planning, design, and construction to his role as North Texas Operations Leader. He oversees the day-to-day operations of three offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, the firm’s Waco office, and two offices in Arkansas. His main areas of focus are on operations and growth within the region, as well as key strategic initiatives within the company.

Rodney R. Heisch, PE

Houston Region Operations Leader

With more than 30 years of civil engineering experience, Rodney Heisch is responsible for the Houston region operations, which includes offices in Houston, Katy, and The Woodlands. In addition to providing operational guidance to the regional directors, he is also active in client engagement and public service. He is currently serving on the City of Houston Planning Commission, a 26-member board responsible for reviewing and approving subdivision and development plats.

Wesley (Wes) Jasek, PE

Central Texas Region Operations Leader

Wes Jasek leads BGE’s operations in Central Texas, including offices in Austin, San Antonio, and Yoakum. In his role, he focuses on operations and growth within the region, as well as key strategic initiatives within the company. He has been instrumental in establishing the firm’s presence in Central Texas.

Randy N. Randermann, PE

Southeast Region Operations Leader

As operations leader for the Southeast region, Randy Randermann leads the firm’s geographic expansion efforts outside of Texas into the southeastern United States. Since 2017, he has successfully opened offices in North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. His day-to-day responsibilities are focused on business development efforts, attracting new team members, and leading operational initiatives across the region. He also provides leadership and oversight for the firm’s real estate and facilities group company-wide.
