BGE Engineers Earn Professional Engineering Licenses

BGE, Inc. is proud to announce its most recent group of engineers who have received their professional engineering license through October 2020.

Colton Gill, PE, is an engineer in the Frisco Transportation Systems department. He joined BGE as an EIT in 2016, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University.

Kristal Harris, PE, is an engineer in the South Austin Land/Site Development department. She has been with BGE for nearly a year, and she received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.

Albert Kennedy, PE, is a senior air quality project manager in the North Austin Environmental Services department. He has been with BGE for nearly two years, and he has dual bachelor’s degrees in meteorology and mathematics from Metropolitan State College of Denver.

Joel Lewis, PE, CFM, is an engineer in the North Austin Public Works department. Joel has been with BGE for nearly five years, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas.

Darren Lu, PE, is an engineer in the Houston Transportation Systems department. He began his career with BGE as an intern in 2015. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Houston.

Stephen Skrovanek, PE, is an engineer in the Frisco Transportation Systems department. He has been with BGE for nearly five years, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.

Christina Smith, PE, is an engineer in the Houston Transportation Systems department. She has been with BGE for nearly five years, and she has two bachelor’s degrees, including a civil engineering degree from the University of Houston and an environmental design and architecture degree from Texas A&M University.
