BGE, Inc. today announced that Dominique Henson has joined the firm at its Houston location as an Air Quality Scientist in the Environmental Services group. Having worked across various industries, including petrochemical, electrical utilities, and manufacturing, Dominique brings high-level expertise in environmental regulations, compliance, permitting, disaster relief, crisis management, and a strong background in natural resource management.
She joins us from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, where she managed a team of 10 environmental investigators. At BGE, she will assist clients with regulatory compliance, agency coordination, permitting strategy, and air permit application development.

Dominique obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Nonprofit Management from the University of Houston-Downtown. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Natural Resources and Ecology Management and Conservation Biology and a second B.S. in Animal, Dairy, and Poultry Sciences with a Business Administration minor from Louisiana State University.
Dominique enjoys watching historical and natural science documentaries and reading self-help books in her spare time.
