Rodney R. Heisch, PE

Houston Region Operations Leader

With more than 30 years of civil engineering experience, Rodney Heisch is responsible for the Houston region operations, which includes offices in Houston, Katy, and The Woodlands. In addition to providing operational guidance to the regional directors, he is also active in client engagement and public service. He is currently serving on the City of Houston Planning Commission, a 26-member board responsible for reviewing and approving subdivision and development plats.

As the former director of BGE’s Land Development department, Rodney’s team provided services to more than 110 municipal utility districts and many Houston area master-planned communities. Having worked on a variety of land, site, and public works projects throughout his career, he has a keen understanding of the challenges and expectations of both public- and private-sector clients.
