BGE, Inc. announced today that industry leader Andrew M. Paderanga, PE, has joined the firm’s Houston office as Director of Business Development. With his addition, BGE continues expanding its engineering services into the Land and Site Development sector in its Houston region.
Andrew’s role at BGE will specialize in maintaining client relationships, pursuing leads, and partnering with existing and potential clients in property search, feasibility investigation, preliminary planning, and conceptual design. With over 34 years of professional civil engineering experience, his senior project management and design expertise has delivered over 17,000 acres of development feasibility and planning; over 9,000 acres of development design, management and construction management; creation and management of over 16 Municipal Utility Districts.

He brings with him a wealth of industry and management experience as well as excellent relationships with a wide variety of land development clients,” said Michael Fitzgerald, managing director of Land Development. “We believe he is someone who can help take our private sector Land Development practice to the next level.”
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and he is a licensed engineer in Texas. Andrew is active in several professional organizations, including serving on the Urban Land Institute’s National Product Council in Community Development Council (Blue Flight), Greater Houston Builders Association, West Houston Association, North Houston Association and several local economic development councils.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys golf, clay shooting, bird hunting, and, most importantly, watching motorsport racing with his family such as Indy, Formula One and NASCAR.
