BGE, Inc. has announced that Anthony Giacovelli, PLA, has joined the firm as Senior Landscape Architect, based out of our Atlanta, GA office in our thriving southeast region.
In his role at BGE, Anthony will specialize in fostering client relationships, pursuing leads, graphics, renderings, and taking projects from concept through documentation and construction administration, while leading staff as Atlanta grows.
With over 12 years as a licensed landscape architect, Anthony’s focus has been on sculpting spaces that beckon individuals into immersive experiences. He is very driven by the notion that landscapes should be more than physical entities; they are canvases for narratives to unfold. Throughout his career, Anthony has become a storyteller, having the honor of working on projects in themed entertainment, resorts, parks, water parks, multi-family, mixed-use, and monumentation; with each project representing a chapter where the environment becomes a medium for connection and engagement.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Syracuse University and State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He is a licensed landscape architect in the state of Georgia and is an active ICSC and Urban Land Institute member.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys being a dad and spending time with his family. He has a bad habit of starting projects at his house that he never finishes, to the frustration of his wife. Additionally, he very much enjoys cooking too much food, making wine, growing his garden every season, and is very dedicated to the consumption of ice cream.
