BGE Announces Newest Shareholders

BGE, Inc. announced today three new shareholders were invited into the ownership team.

Rusty Glover, PE, serves as the Director of Site Development at BGE’s Frisco office. With over 25 years of experience in both municipal and private sector projects, he joined the company in 2020. Rusty holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.

Chris Patterson, AICP, holds the position of Senior Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture in Houston and joined the BGE team in 2019. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Texas A&M University. Additionally, he holds a certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Joseph Yaklin, PE, is a Senior Project Manager for Land/Site Development at BGE’s North Austin office. He joined BGE in 2012 and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.

With these new additions, BGE’s ownership group comprises 55 shareholders.
