Cross Creek Ranch is a 3,200-acre, mixed-use master-planned community located in Fulshear, Texas. It contains a 150-acre linear park, more than 250 acres of lakes and water features, a recreational center, and much more.
BGE provided planning services for conceptual land use, acreage and yield analysis, project phasing plans, layout design of residential streets and lots, commercial site planning, preparation and submittal of preliminary plats, and coordination with local governmental agencies.
Development services included platting into various subdivisions; engineering design of all infrastructure; obtaining approvals from all municipal agencies and private utility companies; and contract administration, which includes preparation of quantities, specifications, and estimates; preparation and administration of multiple construction contracts; construction observations to determine compliance with bid documents; final inspection for acceptance; construction layout; and surveying.
