Lincoln Ranch Concept Study

BGE is currently providing land/site development and planning + landscape architecture services for Lincoln Ranch in Tampa, FL. This property was initially an orange grove that was destroyed by greening.

The client is currently running cattle on the property and is proposing a high-density traditional neighborhood to include rear-loaded detached single-family lots and townhomes. The middle section is separated by natural wetlands and will be used as a buffer to larger lots to the south. Hiking and equestrian trails are planned to be incorporated into the natural open spaces and in between the spacious lots.
