Our rezoning and entitlement services empower developers to not only navigate the local regulatory zoning and land use requirements but also to ensure the highest and best use for the subject land area. By leveraging our long standing and local relationships with land use attorneys, local governmental officials, and agency staff we can help you navigate the highly complex process of land use entitlement with confidence. DESIGN AND PERMITTING
